Composed of four core components-double-layer protein cookie bar forming machine, chocolate enrober, cooling tunnel, and fully automatic packing line-the P170 streamlines the entire production process from raw material forming to final packaging. The forming machine specializes in creating uniform double-layer protein cookie bars, while the chocolate enrober delivers smooth, consistent coating for enhanced flavor and appearance. The integrated cooling tunnel ensures rapid solidification of chocolate and product stabilization, while the fully automatic packing line completes the workflow with efficient, hygienic packaging. Beyond double-layer chocolate protein cookie bars, the flexible P170 line is also adaptable for producing three-layer protein bars and other snack variants, meeting diverse market demands.
